We partner with mid-market and enterprise brands to create high-performing social media content and campaigns that build audience connection and drive measurable business results. Our services include strategy, content production, community management, influencer marketing, and paid social advertising. As social platforms continue to prioritize video-first content, we are expanding our production capabilities and looking for a Social Media Video Producer to help lead the creation of compelling social-first video content.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a creative storyteller and hands-on producer who understands how video performs on modern social media platforms. This role will lead the planning, filming, and production of social media content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You will work closely with our strategy and creative teams to translate brand stories, campaign concepts, and social trends into engaging video content that captures attention and drives engagement. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative vision, production expertise, and a deep understanding of social media storytelling. This is a hybrid position located in Atlanta, GA.
What You'll Do
Social-First Content Production
  • Plan, produce, and film social media content for client campaigns, our Seriously Social podcast and other internal projects
  • Lead on-site and remote video shoots, capturing content optimized for social platforms
  • Ensure content is structured for strong hooks, pacing, and audience retention
Video Strategy & Storytelling
  • Collaborate with strategists and creatives to develop video concepts aligned with campaign goals
  • Translate brand messaging into compelling social video narratives
  • Identify opportunities to create content formats that perform well across platforms
Platform-Aware Production
  • Produce video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Stay current on emerging social trends, content formats, and storytelling styles
  • Ensure content is optimized for both organic performance and paid amplification
Creative Direction During Production
  • Direct talent, creators, or internal teams during filming during videoshoots and executive content
  • Guide storytelling, pacing, and performance to ensure compelling content
  • Capture multiple content variations during shoots to maximize content output
Production Planning & Coordination
  • Help plan production schedules, shot lists, and filming logistics
  • Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to ensure the final content aligns with creative goals
Required Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in video production, content production, or social media content creation
  • Strong experience filming social media video content
  • Deep understanding of social-first storytelling and platform formats

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000, DOE
