With over 1,200 schools worldwide and a rapidly expanding digital presence, we're looking for a creative, organized, and mission-driven GB Campus Content Producer to help tell our story across multiple Gracie Barra entities.

Mission of the Role

Produce high-quality video and multimedia content that supports the growth, education, engagement, and brand consistency of Gracie Barra's digital platforms, educational programs, franchise network, and events.

This role serves multiple Gracie Barra entities, helping transform ideas into compelling content that educates, inspires, and strengthens our global community.

Consistently deliver high-quality content on schedule that drives engagement, supports organizational goals, and strengthens the Gracie Barra brand across all supported entities.


What You'll Do

Video Production & Editing

  • Film, edit, and deliver professional video content for multiple Gracie Barra brands.
  • Operate DSLR and professional video equipment during studio and on-location shoots.
  • Produce polished content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related creative tools.
  • Create basic motion graphics and visual enhancements to elevate content quality.

Podcast Production

  • Set up, record, edit, and publish podcast episodes.
  • Manage audio and video production workflows.
  • Ensure professional quality standards are maintained across all recordings.

Social Media Content Creation

  • Create reels, short-form videos, and micro-content from existing footage.
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging social media assets.
  • Maintain consistency with Gracie Barra brand standards across all platforms.

Educational Content Production

  • Produce educational and instructional content for Gracie Barra Institute.
  • Film and edit testimonials, training materials, and learning resources.
  • Support the development of YouTube and digital learning content.

Event Coverage

  • Capture photo and video content during Gracie Barra events.
  • Produce post-event highlight videos and promotional assets.
  • Help showcase the energy and impact of our global community.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, education, franchise support, and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate content priorities across multiple entities.
  • Manage projects from concept through final delivery while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in video production, content creation, or multimedia production.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience operating DSLR cameras and professional production equipment.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
