JOB DESCRIPTION
Production Associate
The Production Associate will work with other team members throughout all departments to perform excellent work and continuously improve. The job will consist primarily of working in a shop floor environment to manufacture, package, and move product in multiple production cells. Work may include operating machinery and recording production data.
Reports to: Production Manager
Key Roles
  • Work to standard: Perform work to standards for safety, quality, and time while identifying abnormalities.
  • Organize work area: Maintain and improve organization and cleanliness of work area.
  • Help solve problems: Support the team in solving problems for customers and improving processes.
  • Routine minor maintenance: Regular care and adjustment of tools and equipment.
  • Provide value to internal and external customers
  • Create and pursue self-development plan
  • Other duties as needed: Job duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time and may include potential transfers to other departments and local facilities.

Position Type/Time Expectation
This is a full-time hourly position. Days and hours of work are varying from Sunday evening through Friday evening. 40-45 hours are typical. Occasional additional overtime will be required.
