Production Manager

Summary: The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations while ensuring production goals, safety standards, quality procedures, and operational efficiency targets are achieved. This role will support staffing, employee development, labor efficiency, process improvement, and continuous operational performance initiatives within the facility.

As a Production Manager, You Will:

  • Maintain and promote safety throughout all manufacturing operations
  • Support and enforce quality procedures and production standards
  • Optimize productivity, labor efficiency, and operational profitability
  • Organize staffing levels and production workforce scheduling
