Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Production Lead is responsible for assisting the Production Supervisor in the direct oversight, supervision, training, development, and support of our production and material handling employees. 
  • The Production Lead duties are mostly hands on and direct in nature and require that substantial time be spent of the plant floor working closely and directly with all shift employees. 
  • Lead by example and be directly responsible for improving safety, quality, teamwork, performance and achieving all production goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
