Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Harleysville, PA. This position is based in a production and manufacturing environment and requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely around machinery and equipment.

The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling components within electrical equipment and enclosures while following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. This role plays a key part in producing high-quality products while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install components according to engineering drawings and specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documents
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, drills, measuring devices, and other assembly equipment
  • Assist with the installation and mounting of materials into electrical enclosures
  • Operate pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment as trained
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent physical activity throughout the shift, including:
