The Role (Production Associate)

As a Production Associate, you are the backbone of our operations. You?ll cut to measurement (within ??), assemble, package, stage, and move product. This is a hands-on, production-floor role where showing up on time, paying attention to detail, and working side-by-side with your team matter every single day. Expect to be on your feet, working directly with tools, equipment, and materials in a fast-paced environment.

What You?ll Do (GOT)

  • Get It Done: Complete daily production tasks on time and with accuracy.

  • Own It: Take responsibility for your work ? no excuses for bad cuts, sloppy staging, or unsafe actions.

Responsibilities by Function

  • Operate saws, machines, and production equipment safely.

  • If you cannot cut on a compound miter saw consistently within 1/8" - please do not apply.

  • Assemble and package materials for orders.

  • Stage and prepare product for delivery.

  • Maintain a clean and organized yard/warehouse.

  • Support teammates and communicate issues quickly.

  • Orders staged and accurate every time.

  • No safety violations or shortcuts.

  • Reliable attendance ? your team knows they can count on you.

  • Your manager doesn?t have to chase you down ? you handle your work.

Requirements

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for your shift.

  • Willingness to learn and be cross-trained.

  • Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required.

  • Show up on time, ready to work, every day.

  • Positive, no-nonsense attitude and work ethic ? whether it?s standard production, custom fabrication, cleaning, or organizing, you bring the same level of effort and pride.

  • Background check required. Alignment with company ethics and GOT POLY values is non-negotiable.
