Senior Product Manager

OverviewThis is a high impact, strategic product leadership role focused on building and evolving a partner facing digital platform within a regulated financial services environment. The position sits at the intersection of product strategy, platform design, and industry engagement, helping shape how external partners integrate and interact with core offerings.
You will own the roadmap for APIs, integrations, and data services that power a growing ecosystem of partners. This role requires a strong balance of technical product expertise, market awareness, and cross functional leadership.What You Will Do
  • Own and drive the product roadmap for a partner platform that includes APIs, data services, event driven integrations, and related capabilities
  • Translate industry trends and emerging standards into actionable product strategy and differentiated solutions
  • Act as a product leader in external forums and industry groups, contributing to the evolution of integration standards and best practices
  • Gather voice of customer insights from partners such as financial institutions, wealth platforms, and distribution channels to identify friction points and opportunities
  • Define and document detailed product requirements for complex integration workflows, ensuring scalability and usability
  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver a high performing and developer friendly platform
  • Collaborate across internal teams including operations, compliance, finance, and technology to align priorities and execution
  • Balance roadmap priorities across new capabilities, partner needs, and speed to market
  • Evaluate external vendors and partnerships to accelerate delivery and innovation
  • Track success metrics tied to adoption, integration speed, transaction volume, and overall business impact

What You Bring
  • 7 plus years of experience in digital product management, with strong exposure to APIs, platforms, or developer focused products
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as insurance, financial services, or fintech; familiarity with annuities or life products is a plus
  • Strong understanding of API first product thinking and experience defining technical requirements for integrations
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous opportunities and turn them into successful, scalable products
  • Experience working on platforms where external partners build on top of your solution
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and align cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent the product both internally and externally
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to industry standards organizations or common regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with policy lifecycle or transactional systems in financial services
  • Knowledge of integration patterns such as event driven architecture, webhooks, and API specifications
