Product Registration Representative Location: East Syracuse, NY Job ID: #72844 Pay Range: $16-19.50 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Possibly hybrid 12 month contract * Provide support to our Distributor network, dealer or homeowners * Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution network, dealer or homeowners * Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system * Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email/Salesforce cases and telephone How the Product Registration Team helps our customers: * Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online * Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access * Provide customer warranty information * Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors * Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue * Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed Requirements: * 1 year experience in customer service * 1 year experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint Preferred: * Salesforce experience HS Diploma/GED Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
