  • Enable Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and intake improvement ideas to foster a culture of innovation and agility within the product team.
Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience navigating matrixed organizations with 1,000+ employees, with a proven track record of managing dependencies across multiple distinct functional departments (e.g., Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance).
  • 3+ years of Advanced Jira experience, including experience creating custom workflows and automated reporting suites.
  • 3+ years managing a Digital Product Roadmap.
  • 3+ years of Data-Driven decision-making experience defining and tracking core product KPIs and building automated executive-level dashboards that visualize health, velocity, and budget allocation.

Even better, you may have...

  • Experience in Product Operations or a Product Manager support role.
  • An understanding of the automotive or connected services industry.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) or agile methodologies.
