NOW HIRING: Production Manager | Greater New Haven, MI

We're working with a well-established and growing manufacturer in the Greater New Haven, MI area that is looking to add an experienced Production Manager to their team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong lean manufacturing background who can drive continuous improvement and lead a team of direct report supervisors across multiple departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

â–¸ Lead and develop supervisors and production employees across multiple departments

â–¸ Manage and optimize department performance including quality, process improvements, and lean manufacturing initiatives

â–¸ Develop, implement, and enforce process control

â–¸ Oversee training and development of production staff

â–¸ Compile and generate production related reports



Requirements

â–¸ 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

â–¸ Strong lean manufacturing background required

â–¸ Industrial engineering background a plus

â–¸ Degree preferred but not required

â–¸ Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to teach and generate results
