NOW HIRING: Production Manager | Greater New Haven, MI

We're working with a well-established and growing manufacturer in the Greater New Haven, MI area that is looking to add an experienced Production Manager to their team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong lean manufacturing background who can drive continuous improvement and lead a team of direct report supervisors across multiple departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

▸ Lead and develop supervisors and production employees across multiple departments

▸ Manage and optimize department performance including quality, process improvements, and lean manufacturing initiatives

▸ Develop, implement, and enforce process control

▸ Oversee training and development of production staff

▸ Compile and generate production related reports



Requirements

▸ 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

▸ Strong lean manufacturing background required

▸ Industrial engineering background a plus

▸ Degree preferred but not required

▸ Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to teach and generate results
