Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Part Time Production Associate to join their team. As a Part Time Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Part Time Production Associate

Location: Gwinn, MI

Pay Range: $27.25 per Hour

Shift: Monday/Tuesday 6am-4:30pm or Wednesday/Thursday 6am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Manufacture parts according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Maintain the organization, cleanliness, and orderliness of the factory environment.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork and documentation are completed correctly.
  • Follow all documented standard operating procedures diligently.
  • Monitor equipment, report issues, and suggest improvements on tooling and machinery.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use a tape measure accurately.
  • Proficiency in computer use and excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, follow-through, and task accuracy.
