Familiarity with project management tools (like Jira or Asana), data analysis platforms (such as Excel or Google Sheets), and basic knowledge of SQL or product analytics tools is beneficial. Excellent communication, adaptability, and strong organizational skills help you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks. For a Product Operations Intern, $20 an hour is generally considered above average for internship pay, which often ranges from minimum wage to around $15 per hour depending on location and industry. Interns typically gain experience and skills, and higher pay can reflect the level of responsibility or the company's compensation standards. However, pay should also be evaluated in the context of the internship's learning opportunities and location-specific cost of living.
