Vale Concepts is a Seattle startup focused on making the benefits of matcha accessible to a billion people through innovative technology and hospitality experiences. They are seeking a Product Manager who will own product areas related to consumer-facing digital experiences, driving discovery, delivery, and measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain a clear product roadmap grounded in customer insights and business goals
• Work closely with Engineering and Design to take features from discovery through delivery
• Write clear, prioritized product requirements and acceptance criteria
• Own product metrics and use data to continuously improve the product experience
• Conduct customer interviews, usability research, and competitive analysis
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Sales on go-to-market planning
• Communicate product plans and progress clearly across all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
Required:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 4+ years of product management experience in a consumer or B2B software environment
• Track record of shipping impactful products in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage company
