About the Role

As a Junior Product Manager at Hiredbuddy, you'll play a key role in driving the development and improvement of our hiring platform. You'll work alongside senior product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product vision and strategy by conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and monitoring competitor trends.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans.
  • Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Track and report on key product metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
