Job Summary:
Tract Capital Management is a company specializing in digital infrastructure investment. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute product strategy for core data center infrastructure products, managing the full product lifecycle and ensuring alignment with customer requirements and infrastructure strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Define product requirements, strategies, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and infrastructure strategy
• Translate customer needs into product definitions, success metrics, and prioritized backlogs
• Evaluate tradeoffs across cost, performance, schedule, risk, and manufacturability
• Own end-to-end NPD/NPI execution from concept through production, including timelines, budgets, and risk management
• Lead transition from prototype to high-volume manufacturing
• Manage OEM and contract manufacturer relationships across quality, cost, delivery, and capacity
• Drive supplier performance, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as central point of contact across engineering, design, construction, commissioning, procurement, finance, and operations
• Ensure products integrate into data center designs, construction sequencing, commissioning, and operations
• Interpret and implement regulatory, safety, and certification requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies, production planning, and supply chain alignment
• Define quality testing criteria and lead root cause analysis during NPI and deployment
• Translate technical concepts into clear strategies and present to leadership and stakeholders
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and training materials to support product deployment
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in data centers or mission-critical environments
• Experience developing mechanical and electrical products within complex systems
• Track record improving system performance, efficiency, or reliability
• Experience leading programs from concept through operations
Preferred:
• MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Controls, AI, or Data Science
• Hyperscale or colocation data center experience
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure systems and controls
• Experience applying AI/ML in operational environments
• Experience managing vendors or third-party partners
