Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and full product lifecycle
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, digital product ecosystems, and scalable architecture concepts
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data exchange frameworks
  • Understanding of customer experience design and digital workflows
  • Working knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred
  • Awareness of commercial strategy, including product positioning and growth levers

Job Summary: Under general product direction, The Product Manager will define and execute product strategies that enhance the functionality, scalability, and adoption of EO and related digital services. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, translating business needs and customer insights into product solutions. The individual will support product lifecycle management, drive integration initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless, data-driven, and customer-centric solutions. This role plays a key part in enabling operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting commercial growth objectives.Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
  • Marketing & Commercial Execution
    • Define and align marketing scope, product positioning, and commercial deliverables with overall product strategy
    • Partner with Marketing Communications to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across digital platforms and products
    • Support ERP/CRM integrations to enable commercial readiness and scalable product deployment
    • Collaborate with Commercial teams to develop and execute campaigns that support adoption and revenue targets
    • Lead market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities
    • Develop business cases and partner cross-functionally to shape product strategy and investment priorities
    • Conduct competitive analysis to inform differentiation and positioning
    • Partner on go-to-market strategy, including target segmentation, value proposition, and launch readiness
    • Support pricing strategy development and monitor performance across key metrics (ASP, revenue, margin)
  • Product Strategy & Development
    • Own and evolve the product roadmap for Embryo Options and associated digital platform (SaaS) solutions
    • Define product vision and ensure alignment with broader digital platform and integration strategy
    • Prioritize features and capabilities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
    • Translate VOC insights, market needs, and business requirements into actionable product specifications
    • Ensure readiness for product releases, including feature communication, value positioning, and stakeholder alignment
    • Drive expansion of EO into a scalable, platform-enabled offering with enhanced integration capabilities
  • Operations & Implementation
    • Partner with Customer Success, Operations, and IT to define and execute implementation and onboarding strategies
    • Support product launches, enhancements, and lifecycle management activities
    • Align demand forecasting and supply planning with product roadmap, sales pipeline, and AOP targets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and scalability of product offerings
    • Partner with Regulatory, Quality, and Product Surveillance teams to ensure compliance and product integrity
    • Support development of operational and revenue forecasts using sales data, pipeline insights, and business targets
    • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel (60-90 days) with international travel requirements.
