Your Day to Day

  • Define and drive the 12-month product roadmap for GoTo Connect for Healthcare, grounded in deep customer discovery, market data, and measurable business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/Design, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and EHR partners (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, NextGen) to deliver differentiated, high-impact healthcare solutions.
  • Lead healthcare-focused customer discovery (interviews, advisory boards, win/loss analysis) and translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized integration strategies.
  • Deliver meaningful product outcomes, including expanded EHR integrations, AI-powered healthcare workflows, and features that improve win rates, attach rates, and reduce churn.
  • Create compelling sales enablement assets (competitive positioning, ROI tools, workflow messaging) that empower GTM teams to win in competitive healthcare deals.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning a roadmap and shipping SaaS products, ideally within communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, or CX platforms.
  • Deep, firsthand understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, including HIPAA, patient data handling, EHR ecosystems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, NextGen), and real-world clinical and front-office workflows.
  • Proven ability to drive segment-specific differentiation on a horizontal platform, with measurable business outcomes such as improved win rates, bookings growth, or reduced churn.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to prioritize, evaluate AI opportunities (e.g., voice AI, LLMs), and tie product decisions directly to revenue and market impact.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership with a track record of influencing without authority and thriving in high-autonomy, high-accountability environments.

Annual Base Salary Range: $130,000.00-$173,000.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum and is displayed in the full-time equivalent amount. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
