Role Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and technically adept Product Manager - Integrations to own the roadmap, execution, and continuous enhancement of our integrations platform and ecosystem.
In this role, you will plan, prioritize, and deliver integration capabilities that enable seamless connectivity between our platform and customers' business-critical applications. Working closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing, you will translate business priorities and customer needs into an executable roadmap and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role demands more than execution-it requires a builder's mindset. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and consistently delivers customer value. You should be equally comfortable discussing API architecture with engineers, prioritizing customer needs, and communicating product capabilities to business stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap & Execution
  • Own the integrations product roadmap, aligning priorities with customer needs, business goals, and technical dependencies.
  • Prioritize features, APIs, connectors, and platform enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and engineering effort.
  • Collaborate with Product Leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and release plans.
  • Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Write high-quality PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • Coordinate release planning, launch readiness, and post-release reviews.
  • Monitor delivery progress, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Champion the use of AI and Generative AI to improve product discovery, roadmap prioritization, PRD creation, experimentation, analytics, and decision-making, while identifying opportunities to embed AI-driven capabilities into the integrations platform.

Product Discovery & Customer Understanding
  • Conduct continuous customer discovery with customers, partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Translate customer integration challenges into scalable product capabilities.
  • Balance customer-specific requests with reusable platform investments.
  • Simplify integration experiences and improve customer onboarding and adoption.

Ecosystem & Partner Enablement
  • Prioritize integrations with strategic technology partners.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Engineering to deliver and maintain high-value integrations.
  • Support marketplace expansion through new connectors and partner integrations.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market activities and product launches.

Product Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Define, monitor, and improve key product metrics, including:
  • Integration adoption
  • API and connector usage
  • Integration success rate
  • Platform reliability
  • Time-to-value
  • Customer activation
  • Customer satisfaction and retention
  • Business impact of integrations

Use customer feedback and product analytics to continuously improve the integrations experience.
Product Evangelism
  • Communicate roadmap updates and releases to internal stakeholders.
  • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering on new capabilities.
  • Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and partner engagements.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the integrations platform across the organization.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and driving them to resolution without heavy oversight.
  • Strong self-starter with a bias toward action - comfortable making progress with incomplete information.
  • Proven analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex, cross-functional issues.
  • Track record of actively seeking feedback, coaching, and demonstrating rapid growth as a result.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrations products, APIs, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of API-first product development.
  • Experience working with enterprise integration architectures is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and execute against measurable business goals.
  • Experience writing PRDs, prioritizing roadmaps, and managing Agile product delivery.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated AI-first mindset with the ability to leverage AI and Generative AI throughout the product lifecycle. Comfortable using AI-powered tools to accelerate customer discovery, product research, roadmap prioritization, PRD creation, experimentation, analytics, and decision-making, while identifying opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into integration products.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building developer platforms or platform products.
  • Experience launching public APIs and SDKs.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and event streaming technologies (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
  • Experience managing partner ecosystems or marketplace products.
  • Exposure to enterprise security standards and compliance.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

How You Work
  • Ownership & Bias for Action: You take ownership, move with urgency, and proactively solve problems without waiting for direction.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: You break down complex problems, use data to drive decisions, and focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Communication: You build strong partnerships across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Leadership while communicating effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Growth Mindset: You actively seek feedback, embrace continuous learning, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve both products and the way you work.
