About M7 Health

M7 Health is the AI-powered workforce operations platform for healthcare, designed for the realities of clinical staffing and scheduling. We use AI to help organizations forecast demand, auto-balance schedules, and deploy the right person to fill every shift before resorting to premium labor spend. The result: health systems reduce overtime, cut contract labor costs, and give clinical leaders time back to focus on care. Built with the earned wisdom of nurses, M7 serves tens of thousands of healthcare professionals daily and activated over 100 net new hospitals across 29 states, last year alone.

M7 recently raised a $10M Series A, backed by Threshold and First Round Capital, and we're building the team to match our ambition.

About The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager, Integrations to join our team. You will own the roadmap for M7's integration layer, covering the full stack of systems M7 connects to: time and attendance platforms (UKG, Kronos), HRIS systems (Workday, ADP), and EMR platforms (Epic).

This is a product role for someone who can translate complex health system technical environments into well-scoped engineering specs, and who has enough technical fluency to engage credibly in both a customer discovery call and a sprint planning session. You will be the internal authority on what M7's integrations can and can't do - partnering closely with engineering, implementation, and activation to ensure the integration layer is deployable, well-documented, and built for scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the Integrations Roadmap
    • Define and drive the roadmap for M7's integration layer across time and attendance (UKG WFC, UKG Dimensions), HRIS (Workday, ADP), and EMR (Epic) systems
    • Own the product decisions that govern how M7 ingests, transforms, and surfaces data from health system source systems
    • Serve as the internal authority on what integrations M7 has, how they work, and what it takes to deploy them at a new customer site
  • Translate Requirements into Engineering Specs
    • Translate customer technical requirements into well-scoped integration specs, partnering with the integrations engineering team from discovery through delivery
    • Comfortable reading API documentation, understanding data schemas, and engaging in technical design conversations without needing an engineer to translate
  • Partner Across the Customer-Facing Team
    • Partner with Implementation Engineers and Activation to ensure integrations are deployable, well-documented, and supportable at scale
    • Occasionally represent M7 as the integrations subject matter expert in sales cycles, discovery calls, and RFP responses
About You:
  • Experienced PM: You have 4+ years of product experience with meaningful ownership of integrations or data-layer products. You are comfortable owning a roadmap, writing specs, and driving engineering delivery.
  • Technically Fluent: You are comfortable with APIs, data schemas, SQL, and integration architecture concepts. You can explore data, validate assumptions, and debug integration behavior independently.
  • Health IT Knowledgeable: You have familiarity with integration patterns common in health IT - REST and SOAP APIs, file-based/SFTP feeds, webhook architectures, and the data transformation logic that comes with them. UKG/Kronos experience is a strong differentiator.
  • Strong Communicator: You can run a discovery call with a health system leader and walk straight into a sprint planning session with engineers. You represent the customer's operational reality in product decisions without losing sight of what's buildable.
  • AI-Native: You actively use AI as part of your daily workflow and bring that mindset to how you think about product and process.
  • Attitude and Culture: You are aligned with M7's values: you act with urgency, bring relentless curiosity, lead with kindness, and hold yourself to a high standard of craft. You're passionate about the mission of making health systems stronger and show it every day.
Nice to Haves:
  • Direct UKG experience - candidates with hands-on familiarity with UKG data models (employee records, scheduling data, T&A feeds, pay rules) are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Background at a healthcare SaaS company or health system IT environment - candidates who understand how large hospital networks make integration decisions are especially compelling.
  • Venture-backed startup experience - candidates comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure from scratch are a strong fit.
  • A degree from a strong academic institution.
Hybrid Environment

This is a role based in New York City. We believe a regular cadence of in-person collaboration accelerates learning, reinforces team culture, and drives efficiency for early-stage companies. We have an office in Manhattan and expect this role to be in-office two days per week.

Please note that M7 is unable to sponsor or transfer H1B visas at this time. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers industry-competitive compensation, including cash compensation, equity, and healthcare benefits.

Equal Opportunity Employer

At M7 Health, we aim to foster a workplace free from discrimination. We believe that diversity of experience, perspectives, and backgrounds leads to a better environment for our people and a better product for our clients. M7 Health is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages all applicants from every background and life experience to apply.
