Your work days are brighter here. We’re obsessed with making hard work pay off, for our people, our customers, and the world around us. As a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we’re shaping the future of work so teams can reach their potential and focus on what matters most. The minute you join, you’ll feel it. Not just in the products we build, but in how we show up for each other. Our culture is rooted in integrity, empathy, and shared enthusiasm. We’re in this together, tackling big challenges with bold ideas and genuine care. We look for curious minds and courageous collaborators who bring sun-drenched optimism and drive. Whether you're building smarter solutions, supporting customers, or creating a space where everyone belongs, you’ll do meaningful work with Workmates who’ve got your back. In return, we’ll give you the trust to take risks, the tools to grow, the skills to develop and the support of a company invested in you for the long haul. So, if you want to inspire a brighter work day for everyone, including yourself, you’ve found a match in Workday, and we hope to be a match for you too.

About the Team

Pipedream enables AI agents to connect to the software and services people use everyday -- including Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, GitHub, Jira and thousands more. The platform is used by software developers at leading technology companies like Workday, Perplexity, Meta, and Relevance AI who are building AI agents and workflow products. Pipedream offers something rare - the opportunity to work in a startup environment while delivering enterprise-scale impact (Pipedream was acquired by Workday in December 2025). If you enjoy moving fast, wearing multiple hats, and seeing your work directly shape a product’s direction, this is a team where you can do exactly that.

About the Role

As a Product Manager on the Pipedream Integrations team, you will help shape and deliver the roadmap for platform integrations, with a focus on enterprise applications and API-based connectivity. This role is closely aligned with the day-to-day work of building, improving, and maintaining integrations that customers and developers rely on. You will work closely with engineering and partner teams to add and update integrated applications, define connector priorities, improve integration quality, and help the team use AI to increase integration velocity and throughput. This is a hands‑on product role for someone who enjoys understanding how apps connect, identifying product gaps, and turning customer and platform needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Helping shape the roadmap for platform integrations, with a focus on enterprise applications
  • Adding and updating integrated applications, including setting up OAuth clients
  • Identifying product and functionality gaps based on customer needs and app integration requirements
  • Defining product requirements that expand the capabilities, quality, and reliability of the platform
  • Managing app approvals and working with partners to establish and maintain certifications
  • Defining tool and connector priorities for integrated applications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by customers with existing integrations
  • Driving the use of AI to improve integration velocity, throughput, and quality
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent technical role, including experience working on developer-facing products, integrations, APIs, infrastructure products, or cloud services
  • Strong product judgment in scoping and phasing work, with the ability to identify a minimum viable version and sequence iterative improvements
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, developer tools, enterprise applications, or cloud platforms, with the ability to read technical documentation, learn how different systems work, and apply that knowledge to improve connector quality and platform capabilities
  • Hands‑on experience using AI coding tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of key AI concepts, including LLMs, agents, and MCP; experience prototyping or building agents is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Other Qualifications
  • Experience engaging customers and partners to gather requirements, understand product gaps, and turn feedback into clear product priorities
  • Ability to communicate clearly with engineering, customers, partners, and cross‑functional teams, including in asynchronous environments and across multiple time zones
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in learning new technologies, researching app requirements, reading API documentation, understanding certification needs, and investigating customer‑reported issues
  • Ability to evaluate trade‑offs, prioritize connector work, and make thoughtful decisions with available information while balancing customer impact, technical complexity, quality, and business needs
  • Experience managing vendor or partner relationships, ideally including certification, approval, or compliance processes
  • Bonus points if you are able to write code or scripts, such as JavaScript or Python, and have familiarity with package managers such as npm or PyPI and GitHub

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in‑person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in‑office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you’ll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
