Technical Product Manager, Integrations

This role will focus heavily on complex integrations bridging the creator ecosystem, customer experience, and external platforms. You will act as the product owner for the bi‑directional flow of 3P data and authentication. Your scope will include integration strategy and execution across partner integrations.

In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Identify and justify product enhancements, technical capabilities, and integration standards across our platform.
  • Oversee the Integrations development process to ensure implementation aligns with customer needs and company vision. More specifically, broker both inbound data ingestion and outbound publishing/syndication.
  • Analyze and synthesize customer specifications, determining optimal integration architecture in coordination with technical leads.
  • Articulate the integration vision and translate it into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs for the engineering teams.
  • Facilitate scenario‑based technical discussions with enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and integration marketplaces.
  • Demonstrate ownership of the full life‑cycle of Integration and SDK products - from strategy and definition to feature roadmap and GTM collaboration.
  • Work with business units and marketing teams to define the global go‑to‑market strategy for attracting 3P integration users, developers, and partners into our ecosystem.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
  • You take strong ownership of your products.
  • You successfully lead cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery, and proactively
  • A strategic communicator who can articulate complex product requirements and technical rationale (like payload structures or latency) to both engineers and executive stakeholders.
  • You are curious and forward‑looking, constantly seeking out best practices of multi‑sided platform integration in other industries to improve our ecosystem.
  • 5+ years of overall software experience with at least 3+ years building out product APIs.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and managing workflows across RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and real‑time Webhooks.
  • Proven expertise in handling bi‑directional data structures (JSON/XML) and modern authentication frameworks (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys).
  • Experience designing with or for Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier) to accelerate partner connectivity.
  • Experience interfacing directly with clients to design and support the implementation of solutions that take into account Voice of the Customer.
  • Experience working with sales and enablement teams to develop a keen understanding of customer needs and act as the accountable stakeholder for APIs.
  • Strong analytical background to seek data‑driven rigor in decision‑making.
  • Security mind‑set leveraging DevSecOps principles.
  • Knowledge of Influencer Marketing software, processes, methods, and workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality.
