The Product Team is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IQVIA Digital's portfolio of data, technology, and media solutions. We are seeking a strategic andanalytically-mindedSr Manager of Measurement Product tosupport the development and evolution of our measurement product portfolio. This role focuses on defining, advancing, and championing the product capabilities that power our DTC and HCP media measurement solutions for pharmaceutical marketers, spanning multiscreen TV, digital, and social channels.

The ideal candidate bringsa strong foundation in media measurement, experience working with complex data ecosystems, and a track record of translating market needs into scalable product solutions. You will collaborate closely with Media Partnerships, Sales leaders,Advanced Analytics, Engineering, and Client teams to ensure our measurement products are rigorous, differentiated, and aligned with evolving client and market needs.This individualwill play a key role in identifying gaps in our current offerings,supporting go-to-market execution, and deepening the partnerships and data connectivity required to achieve our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and advance product capabilities supportingmeasurementacross the evolving media landscape (multiscreen TV, digital, social, printchannels ,etc.) for pharmaceutical clients and marketers

Support go-to-market strategy for measurement products, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to develop positioning, messaging, case studies, and launch materials that clearly articulate product value

Develop compelling product narratives and insights-driven storytelling that help internal teams and clients understand the "so what" behind our measurement capabilities

Partner with Analytics teams to surface and package insights that demonstrate product effectiveness, inform client conversations, and support thought leadership

Navigate the complex data privacy, identity, and regulatory landscape affecting healthcare media measurement, ensuringproduct development adheres to industry standards

Serve as a primary product liaison to the Media Partnerships team, translating partnership opportunities and data assets into measurement product enhancements and new capabilities

Partner with Advanced Analytics, Engineering, and Client Services teams to translate business and client needs into actionable product initiatives

Build customer-facing resources and support business teams in articulating and positioning our measurement capabilities

Serve as a product leader and mentor to product managers and cross-functional contributors on the team

Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in media measurement, identity resolution, and data partnerships

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degreein quantitative, business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

8+ years of experience in product management, measurement, analytics, or a related function within media, ad tech, or healthcare/pharma

Strong understanding of media measurement concepts across TV, digital, and social channels, including familiarity with identity resolution, data partnerships, and clean room environments

Experience working with or alongside media partnerships, data partnerships, or business development teams

Demonstrated ability to develop go-to-market materials, product narratives, and insights-driven presentations for both internal and external audiences

Familiarity with healthcare data and the regulatory considerations relevant to pharma marketing (HIPAA, HCP/DTC distinctions, etc.) preferred; IQVIA data experience a plus

Ability to synthesize complex technical and data concepts into clear product requirements and client-facing narratives

Strong organizational andcollaborationskillswith the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously

Excellent written andverbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior internal and external audiences

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $100,200.00 - $278,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
