The Senior Manager, Technical Product Management is responsible for defining and executing product strategy for enterprise-scale, data-driven platforms. This role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and advanced analytics, translating complex business problems into scalable product solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring solid product leadership experience, with the ability to manage large, complex products in regulated environments such as the US Healthcare Payer domain. Experience with Data Science, AI/ML, or Generative AI-led products is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities
    • Translate business objectives into product initiatives with clear outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics
    • Identify opportunities through stakeholder engagement, market insights, and data-driven analysis
  • Enterprise Product Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, and continuous improvement
    • Drive execution across large-scale, complex product ecosystems involving multiple teams and platforms
    • Balance trade-offs across business value, technical feasibility, and operational constraints
  • AI/ML & Data-Driven Product Leadership (Preferred)
    • Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to build and scale AI/ML or GenAI-powered capabilities
    • Translate analytical models into usable product features and workflows that deliver business value
    • Ensure responsible, explainable, and scalable implementation of AI-driven solutions
    • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks
    • Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Collaborate across business, operations, engineering, data science, compliance, and design teams
    • Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams on product priorities and outcomes
    • Act as a thought leader and product evangelist across the organization
  • Healthcare & Payment Integrity Alignment (Preferred)
    • Incorporate domain expertise in US Healthcare Payer systems, especially claims and Payment Integrity workflows
    • Drive product innovation that improves cost efficiency, claim accuracy, and operational effectiveness
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development
    • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts
    • Foster a high-performance, collaborative product culture focused on outcomes and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in product management or technical product leadership roles
  • 5 years of experience managing enterprise-scale, complex product ecosystems
  • 2 years of experience supporting payer or payment integrity
  • Experience as a Product Manager supporting Data Science, Software applications, and / or AI projects
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and modern product practices
  • Experience translating business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience supporting distributed systems, data platforms, and modern application architectures
  • Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on Data Science, AI/ML, or Generative AI products
  • Experience in US Healthcare Payer domain, particularly:
    • Claims lifecycle 
    • Payment Integrity / Cost containment 
    • Risk adjustment or provider analytics 
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
