In this role, you will leverage your network, build new relationships, and drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new staffing opportunities. This position requires a strong sales mindset, resilience, and the ability to compete and win in a fast-moving market.

Responsibilities
Drive New Business Growth
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to support consistent, profitable revenue growth
  • Proactively pursue opportunities with both new prospects and existing clients
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
Sales Execution & Client Engagement
  • Conduct consultative meetings with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leaders
  • Translate client needs into tailored staffing solutions by clearly articulating Atrium's value proposition
  • Develop pricing proposals and negotiate terms to achieve strong, profitable margins
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined sales metrics, goals, and deliverables
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality service
  • Ensure client satisfaction by aligning solutions with evolving business needs
Prospecting & Pipeline Development
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and targeted marketing efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within Atrium's CRM system
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Business Development leaders, Recruiters, and subject matter experts to uncover opportunities
  • Collaborate on solution design, proposal development, and client presentations
Market & Brand Presence
  • Stay current on Atrium's service offerings and competitive differentiators
  • Represent Atrium at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or staffing, with a proven track record of generating new business and achieving quotas
  • Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work at a desk for extended periods (sitting or standing)
  • Ability to work onsite in the Tampa office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • Ability to travel between Atrium offices as needed, with reliable transportation
  • Ability to attend national industry events and conferences as required
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience required

COMPENSATION
This role offers a base salary between $60,000-$70,000, plus uncapped commission, providing the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.
