What you get to do:
Works directly for Corporate Merchandise Planning and Allocation organization, providing support for assigned Planner specific areas of the business. You will:
  • Forecasting and recommending assigned category replenishment needs, processing orders, coordinate and follow up with vendor replenishment activities, and participates in calls with park teams to provide reporting and analysis on assigned categories
  • Forecast and analyze all re-order needs within assigned division in support of the Sr. Planner
  • Process approved replenishment orders
  • Communicate to vendors and parks shipping data
  • Support inventory management with transfer recommendations and processing
  • Develops quantities to order in partnership with Parks and Product Development by style, size and color, validates against open-to-buy plan and markdowns

What it takes to succeed:
  • High School Diploma, Bachelor's preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years in merchandise planning and allocation or product development/buying in Theme Parks, Specialty Stores, high-profile retail organization or consumer products industry.
  • 3 years planning and allocation or product development experience in a retail/amusement industry.
