Job Summary:
Advita Ortho is focused on innovation in the orthopedic field, and they are seeking an Associate Product Manager for their Foot & Ankle division. This role involves understanding customer needs, supporting product development, and collaborating with marketing to drive product success in the market.
Responsibilities:
• Support the lifecycle management of implants and instruments, including new product development and existing product enhancements
• Assist in product strategy execution, planning, and cross-functional project coordination
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy
• Support sales forecasting, pricing strategy development, and international market planning
• Partner with marketing to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
• Provide product training and ongoing support to field sales teams
• Communicate product updates and gather field feedback to inform business decisions
• Support field sales initiatives, education programs, and sales leadership priorities
• Coordinate logistics for product meetings, sales samples, and collateral inventory
• Provide technical product support to agents, representatives, and surgeons
• Assist with regulatory and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Contribute to marketing plan execution and overall product line success
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required
