We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:ย 

  • Analyze and disposition production non-conformances.

  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical, operational, and quality issues.

  • Support product and process improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Partner with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in design reviews.

  • Support damage repair, structural modifications, and static strength analysis.

  • Develop non-destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.

  • Ensure supplier and production compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards.

  • Support repair investigations, safety assessments, and post-production engineering activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

  • 2+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering (Experienced Level).

  • 5+ years of experience for Mid-Level candidates.

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MRB (Material Review Board) experience related to aircraft systems or structures:

    • 2+ years (Experienced Level)

    • 5+ years (Mid-Level)

  • Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes.

  • Prior MRB certification preferred.
