Technical Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of next-generation business products and platforms. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and technical execution-owning products end-to-end and partnering across engineering, architecture, operations, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for enterprise clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader who brings strong technical depth, strategic thinking, customer obsession, and a data-driven approach to innovation and execution.
Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management for assigned products and platforms.
  • Define product strategies aligned to client growth goals, market demand, and business priorities.
  • Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, and emerging trends to shape product investments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support roadmap planning and innovation initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term product strategies and business cases.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate directly with enterprise customers, sales teams, marketing, and solution architects to uncover opportunities and refine needs.
  • Translate business requirements into prioritized capabilities, features, and technical product plans.
  • Develop ROI models, investment recommendations, and executive-ready presentations on roadmap direction and product performance.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to define technical requirements and solution approaches.
  • Convert strategic objectives into epics, features, user stories, and detailed product specifications.
  • Lead backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and tradeoff decisions that balance customer value, scalability, risk, and speed to market.
  • Ensure product solutions align with enterprise architecture, platform standards, and security requirements.
  • Lead Agile product delivery activities, including planning sessions, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and release readiness.
  • Manage product releases and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  • Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and operational readiness across the product lifecycle.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, utilization, business impact, scalability, and customer retention.
  • Build trusted partnerships across Sales, Product Engineering, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Communicate roadmap priorities, delivery timelines, and product updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in technology-driven organizations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical products, enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Strong experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience building product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and writing user stories and requirements.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience in telecommunications, wireless, networking, IoT, cloud, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of 5G, Edge Computing, IoT, AI/ML, SaaS, and cloud-native architectures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, APIs, integrations, and digital platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools is an advantage.
  • SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $145,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
