Job description

OFS is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Product Data Specialist role to join our eTools Team.
We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Product Data Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of catalog data across multiple platforms including CET, Specify and Price, R12, Cyncly, and Spec (among others). This role liaises between cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and CET Development. This position ensures all product data across platforms is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with product specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between product marketing, sales operations, and eTools team to promote communication and data integrity
  • Works closely with the technology team to launch, update, and enhance products and programs via digital specification tools
  • Coordinate product data timelines and requirements with Product Application Managers, supporting product development goals
  • Create new catalogs in CET for export to vendors
  • Create and maintain customer-specific catalogs for local distribution
  • Connect product symbols with catalog data
  • Work with marketing and the fabric team to maintain current and accurate textile information in our data.
  • Maintain relationships with external vendors
  • Assist with daily eTools support tickets

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with product data management concepts, tools, and practices.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with product specification tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
