We are seeking a high-energy Produce Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within our expanding wholesale operation. This is a sales-focused role for someone who thrives on building accounts, closing deals, and maximizing gross profit.
You will have the advantage of strong supply availability and competitive pricing, allowing you to focus on what you do bestโ€”selling and growing your book of business.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale, distribution, and retail accounts
Sell a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables to distributors, retailers, and foodservice customers
Prospect and develop new business opportunities and accounts
Build long-term customer relationships and expand account volume
Collaborate with sourcing teams to secure product and price competitively
Monitor market trends, pricing, and margins
Drive gross profit growth across your accountsQualifications
Experience in wholesale produce sales
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
