Do you have 5 years of Sales Management experience in a high-volume dealership?
Do you have strong understanding of what it takes to produce sales volume and gross in a large dealership?
Job Summary Our team is hiring an Experienced High Volume Used Vehicle Sales Manager who is proficient in vAuto, VinSolutions or other CRM, and Rapid Recon.
We're seeking someone who has a complete understanding of today's Digital Retail environment.
All pre-owned retail and wholesale vehicles will be your responsibility
We require a "Time to Lot" of 72 hours or less.
The sales volume goal is 125 sales per month Experienced High Volume Used Vehicle Sales Manager Qualifications
5 years of previous automotive sales management experience
Must have the ability to recruit and train dynamic sales professionals and inexperienced upcoming Superstars and always keep the bullpen full
Ability to manage a large inventory of up to 100 used vehicles and manage the day's supply for optimum sales monthly
Ability to train the Sales team
Complete understanding of what it takes to produce sales volume and gross in a large dealership
Proficient in vAuto, VinSolutions or other CRM and Rapid Recon
Ability to purchase inventory using all auction platforms available
