Job DescriptionYou ensure Procurement data and system readiness by driving high-quality data analysis, validation, and process alignment across enterprise platforms.As a System Analyst Procurement (Senior Specialist), you play a critical role in supporting the SAP S/4HANA transformation, including Vendor-to-Business Partner transition and data migration activities. You will work across SAP S/4HANA and connected Procurement systems to ensure data integrity, reporting readiness, and system alignment. Leveraging HANA as a data foundation, you will help enable scalable, analytics-ready solutions.

Over time, you will contribute to the evolution and continuous improvement of Procurement systems and data ecosystems.What you'll doExecute detailed analysis, cleansing, and harmonization of Procurement master data (suppliers, Business Partners, materials, purchasing data).Prepare and maintain mapping tables and transformation rules for Vendor-to-Business Partner conversion.Support SAP S/4HANA transformation activities, including data migration, validation, and testing.Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and issue tracking during migration cycles.Apply structured, data-driven approaches (including SQL-based logic and reporting concepts) to analyze and validate large datasets.Ensure changes in Company Codes, GL accounts, and organizational structures are accurately reflected in systems and data models.Coordinate inputs across Procurement, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.Support testing and validation of third-party interfaces and connected Procurement systems.Maintain and update data governance, system, and project documentation, including data definitions and lineage.Provide business context to ensure accurate data validation and alignment across systems.What you'll bringExperience with SAP Procurement master data and Business Partner concepts (S/4HANA exposure preferred).Strong understanding of data structures, data flows, and reporting concepts.Familiarity with SQL or SQL-like querying and analytics environments.Understanding of how HANA supports reporting, analytics, and data performance (preferred).Experience working with large datasets, data validation, and structured analysis approaches.Ability to operate with a system thinking mindset, understanding cross-system dependencies and data flows.Experience working across integrated system landscapes (SAP, Procurement platforms, reporting tools).Strong Excel skills (data cleansing, reconciliation, pivot analysis).Strong attention to detail and structured documentation approach.Ability to collaborate across Procurement, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams.Persistence and rigor in driving data issues to resolution.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in Procurement, SAP, data, or system-related roles.Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs or similar system/data transformations.Proven experience in data analysis, validation, and governance within enterprise systems.Demonstrated experience supporting testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to translate business needs into system and data requirements.Required Skills: Adaptability, Collaboration, Data Analytics, Data Migrations, Data Validation, Driving Continuous Improvement, Leadership, Procurement Systems, SAP S/4HANA, Structured Query Language (SQL)Preferred Skills: Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent Workers apply HERE US and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.
