Job Description STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) HAS AN OPENING. Procurement Analyst Columbus, OH (Local/Onsite) W2 contract role 12 Months with opportunity to extend Role Summary: Execution-focused role ensuring procurement processes run efficiently and data is accurate. Responsibilities: Primary Focus: Execution, data, and process support Process requisitions and create purchase orders Maintain procurement systems, supplier records, pricing, and contracts Track orders, deliveries, and resolve routine issues (expediting, discrepancies) Support supplier onboarding and documentation compliance Gather quotes and assist with RFQs Generate standard reports (spend, supplier activity, delivery tracking) Conduct basic spend analysis to identify trends or inconsistencies Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm specifications and requirements Monitor and report on supplier performance (delivery, quality, responsiveness) *Beware of scams.
