Summary: The Analyst, Procurement Sourcing supports strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for analyzing spend data, evaluating supplier performance, supporting sourcing events, and helping drive cost savings, quality, and supply continuity. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in manufacturing supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze procurement spend, supplier pricing, and cost drivers to identify savings opportunities
  • Support sourcing initiatives including RFQs, RFPs, and supplier negotiations
  • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery, service)
  • Assist with supplier selection, onboarding, and contract compliance
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and finance teams to support sourcing strategies
  • Maintain and update procurement data in ERP/MRP systems
  • Track savings, cost avoidance, and sourcing KPIs
  • Support risk management initiatives including dual sourcing and supply continuity planning
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing standards

Qualifications:
