We are looking for a Procurement Manager who is responsible for leading the procurement function and developing a high-performing team. This role will also oversee stabilization and optimization of the company’s ERP system as it relates to procurement processes. This role provides strategic leadership in sourcing, supplier management, process improvement, and KPI-driven performance management to deliver cost savings, operational efficiency, cross-functional value



You will get to:

  • Develop and implements procurement strategies, policies, procedures, and governance to create a standardized and efficient procurement function.
  • Use market insight to lead strategic sourcing decisions to directly support the organizations strategic objectives and achieves annual operating budget.
  • Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the procurement organization.
  • Stabilize, optimize and maintain the organization’s newly implemented ERP system as it relates to procurement, purchasing, inventory, supplier management, and reporting.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Operations and key stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related procurement issues while driving system enhancements.
  • Establish and manage strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management to maximize value and service levels.
  • Develop and drive organizational discipline around key procurement performance indicators (KPIs), and participates in operational daily management system (DMS).
  • Implement performance dashboards and reporting processes that provide visibility into procurement operations and support executive decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
  • Regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis.
  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflect positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
  • Embody OFD’s cultural values and aligns daily actions with department and company cultures.
  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of the Procurement Team.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, coaching and development to engage team members and build a cohesive team.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain top-notch talent.
  • Set performance standards and supports growth through delegation, continuous feedback, goal setting, and performance management.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Generally, a minimum of six (6) years of experience in in procurement and supply chain leadership with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Generally, a minimum of four (4) years of experience leading and managing teams.
  • Experience supporting or leading ERP implementation and stabilization (e.g. Infor M3 or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance management, and procurement best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and business knowledge.
