Cogeco recherche un leader positif et dynamique pour les stations CKYK 95,7, Rythme 98,3 a Saguenay et pour les stations Planete au lac St-Jean.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

  • Elaborer et mettre en uvre le plan d'affaire de la station en accord avec la mission de Cogeco Media;

  • Assurer la saine gestion et la performance financiere des stations dont il a la responsabilite;

  • Creer une grille de programmation competitive et attractive pour atteindre les plus hauts standards de production de contenu;

  • Soutenir activement l'equipe des ventes en collaboration avec le directeur afin d'optimiser les ventes;

  • Detenir une bonne connaissance de l'actualite regionale et du travail journalistique;

  • S'assurer de la conformite aux exigences reglementaires et ethiques des stations;

  • Effectuer un controle de la qualite des contenus/emissions et retroagir avec les equipes

  • Representer la station aupres des partenaires et institutions locales;

  • Assurer l'alignement de la station avec l'orientation du reseau;

  • Developper et entretenir des relations strategiques avec les autres marches;

  • Mobiliser l'equipe autour d'objectifs communs dans un climat de travail motivant;

  • Participer au plan de marketing et de mise en valeur des antennes;

  • Developper des actions concretes pour maintenir et accroitre l'auditoire;

  • Bonne connaissance du monde numerique et de ses enjeux;

  • Negocier les contrats des talents en ondes;

  • Assurer la gestion, l'encadrement et la formation de ses equipes.

  • Excellente connaissance du media radio (minimum 3-5 ans, un atout) et experience pertinente en gestion ( 5 ans );
