Mission

Position Summary
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Technician supports all purchasing activities by assisting internal clients, ensuring procurement compliance, and managing the administrative aspects of the purchasing process within a structured public-sector environment.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
โ€ข Manage purchase requests and prepare requests for quotation (RFQs).
โ€ข Review supplier quotations and coordinate the administrative follow-up of procurement files.
โ€ข Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of purchasing activities.
โ€ข Participate in group purchasing initiatives and conduct market research as required.
Compliance & Administration
โ€ข Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable laws, policies, and internal procedures.
โ€ข Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
โ€ข Compile and analyze procurement-related data.
โ€ข Support reporting requirements for government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Process Improvement
