Job description

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Program Manager of Procurement with a Global Logistics company based in Seattle. This role will own and optimize U.S. Procure-to-Pay operations, leading the transition from ERP implementation to stable, integrated operations. The role will drive process standardization, system adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while partnering with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, and global teams. The ideal candidate brings strong P2P expertise, ERP implementation experience, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Primary Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in P2P, Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or P2P Program Management.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end P2P processes, including purchasing, requisitioning, receiving, supplier management, and invoice processing.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, go-live, hyper-care, stabilization, or operational support; IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred.
