Job description

As a Construction Superintendent you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and inventory checks throughout the duration of the project. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience
  • Ground up/TI/Remodel of Distribution/Warehouse, Millwork, Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, , Auto service, Gas Station, Restaurant and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement project experience
  • Millwork
  • Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel and ProCore
  • Must be willing to travel
