Job Description Description: This role is responsible for both estimating and managing construction projects from pre-bid through completion. The position combines technical estimating expertise with hands-on project management, including coordination with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities/Skills: Prepare accurate project estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents Manage projects from kickoff through completion, including scheduling, procurement, and field coordination Develop and track change orders, project documentation, and monthly billings Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines while communicating updates and resolving issues Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry, or a related degree Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience with estimating and project management software (e.g., Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
