Job description

RK&K's Construction Management Division is hiring a Procore Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and continued improvement of Procore and other project management information systems (PMIS) for RK&K and its clients. This position will work with project teams, internal departments, and client stakeholders to understand business needs, configure effective solutions, establish consistent processes and SOPs, train users, and support successful system adoption.

Essential Functions

  • Lead Procore and other PMIS implementations from requirements gathering and planning through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, document business requirements, map existing processes, and recommend practical system and process improvements.
  • Configure and administer Procore company- and project-level settings, including templates, permissions, workflows, user access, forms, notifications, and project tools.
  • Support tools and processes related to document control, drawings, specifications, submittals, requests for information, inspections, daily reporting, cost management, change management, and project closeout.
  • Develop standardized templates, workflows, naming conventions, governance procedures, and administrative documentation for consistent use across projects and programs.
  • Coordinate data collection, migration, validation, system integrations, testing, and resolution of configuration or data issues.
  • Develop and deliver training, user guides, standard operating procedures, and other resources for administrators, project teams, and end users.
  • Provide ongoing system administration and user support, manage enhancement requests, and evaluate new Procore features and other PMIS capabilities.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support project oversight, data quality, system usage, and management decision-making.
  • Support proposals, implementation plans, client presentations, and the continued development of RK&K's Procore and PMIS services.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Relevant education or experience in construction management, engineering, information systems, business, project management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience administering, configuring, implementing, or supporting Procore.
  • Experience with Procore or other PMIS platforms (Autodesk Forma, Kahua, Oracle Unifier, etc.) in a construction, engineering, infrastructure, facilities, or capital-program environment.
  • General understanding of project delivery processes such as document control, design coordination, field reporting, cost management, change management, and project closeout.
  • Ability to gather requirements, evaluate processes, configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with common Microsoft applications such as Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Equivalent combinations of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience will be considered. The position may be adjusted based on the selected candidate's experience and demonstrated capabilities.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Procore certifications or advanced experience with Procore administration, workflows, cost management, reporting, or integrations.
  • Experience supporting large infrastructure, transportation, utility, facilities, or public-sector capital programs.
  • Experience developing system standards, templates, governance procedures, training materials, or implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, reporting tools, change management, or user-adoption initiatives.
