Job Title:ย Transaction Processor Associate II
Location:ย East Hartford, CT 06108 - Onsite
Duration:ย 3 Months Contract-to-Hire (Full-time, 40 hrs/week)
Schedule:ย 8:30 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Position Overview
Theย Transaction Processor Associate IIย supports high-volume transaction processing and data management within a structured administrative environment. Working under general supervision, this role involvesย researching, analyzing, and updating consumer informationย across multiple systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to procedural guidelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting and demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Process case maintenance transactions accurately and within established procedural guidelines.
Research and evaluate consumer eligibility and update information in internal systems.
Communicate professionally with clients and consumers through written and verbal correspondence.
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards as defined by internal quality metrics.
Identify, document, and correct any data or process discrepancies.
Support multiple administrative projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and timely completion of tasks.

Uphold confidentiality and comply with all organizational policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
