Job Overview:
Pay Range: $14.73hr - $19.73hr
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Ability to perform accurate typing, word processing, and data entry.
  • Experience with filing, records management, and archive processes.
  • Ability to track data drive information for case assignments and personnel management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Applications - Word and Excel - with accuracy.
  • Perform accurate typing, word processing and data entry.
  • Maintain case archive process for the area office, filing, records management, archive submissions, and archive requests.
  • Track the data drive information used in case assignments and personnel management.
  • Perform Area Office closed records processing.
  • Serve as a receptionist by greeting clients and visitors, answering telephone calls, and referring individuals to appropriate staff.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for assigned projects.
  • Provide routine information concerning agency office locations, programs, and services.
  • Assist with processing mail and faxes as necessary.
  • Maintain a structured filing system.
  • Assist staff by entering information into the FamilyNet system, including performing system searches.
  • Assist social workers with health insurance claims.
  • Manage personal needs accounts at the area office level for social security and benefit payments.
  • Assist in the support of the Director of Area as needed.
