Legal Assistant – Bilingual (Spanish Preferred) – Colorado

Location: On-site – Denver, Colorado

We’re hiring a Legal Assistant to support our legal team with document preparation, filing motions, coordinating office operations, and conducting legal research related to Family Law matters. We’re looking for an experienced, highly organized professional with strong attention to detail. If this sounds like a role you’d enjoy, we encourage you to apply below.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to gather information regarding their legal issues

  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and attending client meetings.

  • Coordinate law office activities, such as drafting subpoenas and liaising with process servers.

  • Manage administrative tasks, including answering phones and maintaining an organized legal filing system.

  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence, such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits.

  • Travel to courts, attorney offices, and other locations within Colorado, as needed.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal services under the supervision of an attorney or within a law firm setting.

  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus (bilingual proficiency is preferred).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
