Job title: PRODUCT OWNER 

Summary/Objective: The Product Owner position is the liaison between business stakeholders and IT to coordinate and complete development projects; providing oversight related to business requirements, setting priorities and deadlines, and regularly communicating updates regarding overall project status. 

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
1.Engage with business stakeholders to understand the needs of priority projects to effectively coordinate and complete.
2.Understand cross functional dependencies surrounding company initiatives and systems to effectively deliver projects.
3.Create and prioritize requirements for projects to provide direction to the IT team for development.
4.Plan and prioritize project backlog requirements to ensure maximum valued features are aligned with business needs.
5.Provide project support to IT team regarding backlog grooming, planning meetings, and testing and release requirements.
6.Assist in performing root cause analysis of system issues and providing a solution.
7.Communicate project aspects, including but not limited to, roadmaps, deliverable timelines, impediments, and overall performance.
8.Support users and stakeholders with system-related questions and system configuration needs.

Required Experience
1.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
2.Knowledge of SharePoint, AzureDevOps, and database technologies a plus.
3.Understanding of Agile processes.
4.Scrum Product Owner Certification.
5.Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
6.Excellent organizational and follow up skills with attention to detail.
7.Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
8.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as a team.
9.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.

10. Demonstration of flexibility, innovation, customer service, and ability to create win/win solutions.
11. Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
12. Multinational organization experience managing operations within software development or specific departmental operations related to the systems of ownership.
13. Global high tech industry experience a plus. 

Education:
1. BS in Business, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or relevant field.

On the job training as appropriate.
Languages: English
