They will monitor systems, intervene in case of malfunctions, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions to enhance efficiency, stability, and quality, while reducing costs and maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible work environment. In parallel, the District Process Specialist will participate in the design of equipment and control systems, leveraging a deep understanding of the facilities. Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities. Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Strong analytical mindset, rigor and innovative thinking. Experience in technical testing and report writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project. Knowledge of fluid dynamics, separation, evaporation, heat transfer, thermodynamics, grinding. (asset) Experience in advanced process control and automation.
