Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Responsable de la transformation des processus d'affaires et des donnees pour rejoindre notre equipe a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie d'une equipe visionnaire chargee de creer l'architecture de la performance de bout en bout et l'etat futur des processus d'affaires de l'entreprise. L'organisation de l'equipe promeut la collaboration transversale autonome et le soutien mutuel. Votre role sera de piloter la resilience systemique en etablissant un referentiel unifie et en co-dirigeant la transition de l'entreprise vers l'IA agente.

  • Architecture et coherence des processus d'entreprise: Concevoir et piloter la transformation des processus de bout en bout, en garantissant l'harmonisation transversale, la resilience et la performance des processus critiques pour l'entreprise tout au long des phases de passage a l'echelle (Scale-Up) et des transformations futures.

  • Referentiel unifie et preparation du futur: Definir, securiser et institutionnaliser la strategie de "Referentiel Unique" pour les processus metiers fondamentaux. Etablir les capacites, les standards communs et les structures de donnees necessaires pour soutenir un developpement de produits (NPD) et une evolution des services a la fois evolutifs et efficients.

  • Gouvernance des donnees et operationnalisation: Co-diriger la definition et la mise en uvre formelle du modele de gouvernance des donnees et des processus de l'entreprise, incluant l'etablissement d'un referentiel unifie, d'un catalogue de donnees et de normes rigoureuses de qualite des donnees.

  • Resilience operationnelle : Gerer, orchestrer et renforcer activement le Plan de Continuite d'Activite (PCA/BCP) de l'entreprise en lien avec l'environnement numerique et les operations, afin de garantir une resilience systemique.

  • Gestion de la transition vers l'IA agentique: Piloter et faconner la transition vers les "capacites agentiques" en identifiant, validant et accelerant le deploiement de cas d'usage a fort impact pour l'IA agentique au sein des processus metiers cles (Preuve de Valeur / PoV).

  • Gestion transversale: Mettre en uvre, concevoir et gouverner le modele operationnel permettant d'orchestrer des agents multiples a travers les differents domaines fonctionnels de l'organisation.

Votre profil :

  • Experience strategique en entreprise: plus de 10 ans d'experience solide dans la gestion de projets d'envergure ou strategiques a l'echelle de l'entreprise, de preference au sein d'un environnement manufacturier mondial complexe ou dans le secteur de l'aerospatiale.

  • Leadership d'influence: Presence executive exceptionnelle dans un environnement multifonctionnel et multinational, avec une capacite eprouvee a influencer les parties prenantes de haut niveau au-dela des frontieres organisationnelles.

  • Architecture et conception de processus: Experience dans la conception et la direction de cas d'usage de reconfiguration des processus metiers (BPR) - une expertise appliquee a l'IA etant un atout - et dans l'etablissement de cadres de gouvernance de donnees robustes.

  • Maitrise de l'IA et de la donnee: Comprehension pratique des principes de l'IA Agentique et de l'IA Generative, specifiquement appliques a l'orchestration autonome des processus et a l'optimisation de la valeur ajoutee pour l'entreprise.

  • Execution strategique: Capacite demontree a traduire une strategie d'entreprise en feuilles de route operationnelles, tout en gerant le perimetre et la qualite pour livrer avec succes des projets complexes.

  • Maitrise methodologique: Expertise dans la direction d'equipes via des methodologies de gestion de projet, notamment les cadres Agile (ex: SAFe), Lean ou Six Sigma.

  • Competences linguistiques: Maitrise de l'anglais professionnel indispensable pour les interactions mondiales ; le bilinguisme (francais/anglais) est fortement privilegie compte tenu de la localisation du poste a Mirabel.

  • Enterprise Process Architecture & Coherence: Architect and drive End-to-End process transformation, ensuring cross-functional harmonization, resilience, and performance of business-critical processes throughout the Scale-Up and future transformation phases.

  • Unified Referential & Future Readiness: Define, secure, and institutionalize the ONE Referential Strategy for core business processes and establish the necessary capabilities, common standards, and data structures required to support a scalable and efficient New Product Development and service evolution.

  • Data Governance & Operationalization: Co-lead the definition and formal implementation of the company's Enterprise Process and Data Governance model, including the establishment of a Unified Referential, Data Catalog, and robust Data Quality standards.

  • Business Resilience: Actively manage, orchestrate, and reinforce the company Business Continuity Planning (BCP) linked to the Digital environment and business operations to ensure systemic resilience.

  • Agentic AI Transition Leadership: Drive and shape the transition toward "Agentic capabilities" by identifying, validating, and accelerating the deployment of high-impact use cases for Agentic AI within core business processes (Proof of Value / PoV).

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Implement, architect, and govern the business model for orchestrating multiple agents across different functional areas.

Your boarding pass:

  • Strategic Enterprise Experience: 10+ years of solid experience in large-scale or strategic enterprise-wide projects, preferably within a complex global manufacturing or aerospace environment.

  • Influential Leadership: Exceptional executive presence in a multi-functional, multinational environment, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.

  • Process Architecture & Re-engineering: Experience in designing and leading business process re-engineering (BPR) use cases (AI-driven is a plus) and establishing robust data governance frameworks.

  • AI & Data Fluency: Practical understanding of Agentic AI and Generative AI principles, specifically as they apply to autonomous process orchestration and business optimization (value creation).

  • Strategic Delivery: Demonstrated experience in translating business strategy into actionable roadmaps, managing scope and quality while consistently delivering complex projects.

  • Methodological Mastery: Expertise in leading teams using project management methodologies, including Agile framework (e.g., SAFe), Lean, or Six Sigma.

  • Languages: Strong professional English required for global interaction; bilingualism (French/English) is highly preferred given the Mirabel location.

Regular business travels will be expected; consequently you must be willing to travel accordingly.
