Reconnu pour votre sens de l'organisation en matiere de gestion de multiples projets avec des delais serres, vos qualites de facilitateur et de mobilisateur d'equipe, votre solide esprit d'equipe et vos qualites de communicateur vous permettent de travailler avec des equipes multidisciplinaires et ce, avec un minimum de supervision.

Se rapportant au directeur de l'usine, cette position a comme responsabilites de contribuer au developpement et la mise en place d'une culture qui permettra d'ameliorer constamment tous les processus et les livrables. Il est un agent de changement et amene l'organisation a se remettre constamment en question; il encourage les initiatives d'amelioration en les supportant activement. 

De plus, il encadre les ameliorations en favorisant la prise en charge des responsables et l'atteinte des resultats et collabore au developpement de la vision.

Principales responsabilites:
- Identifie des opportunites d'amelioration dans les differents secteurs d'activite de l'entreprise;
- Conseille et offre un soutien aux equipes des differents departements dans l'atteinte des objectifs operationnels;
- Accompagne les equipes dans la mise en uvre des projets d'amelioration en elaborant un mandat de projet avec le client interne, en proposant des outils et un accompagnement ;
- Definit et/ou cree les outils appropries;
- Developpe les connaissances et les habiletes des gens afin de les rendre autonomes dans l'amelioration continue de leurs processus ou leurs departements en utilisant des outils du lean manufacturing tel que le Kanban , gestion Visual, resolutions de problemes, reduction du temps des set-up et autres.
- Identifie, previent et gere les differentes resistances face aux changements;
- Anime des groupes de travail multidisciplinaires (Kaizen, 5S, TPM) a divers niveaux de l'organisation;
- S'assure de la realisation des mandats qui lui sont confies.
