Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily network monitoring by tracking operations and reporting any discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.

  • Participate in evaluating the needs when opening new stations, helping analyze optimal solutions with various stakeholders (finance, line transport, operations).

  • Help maintain the integrity of network parameters (e.g., transit times, sorting times, etc.) by ensuring regular data updates.

  • Participate in creating and updating technical documentation within the team's repository.

  • Provide support during peak periods, acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting the internal network, under supervision.

  • Performsimulationsusingsimulation software toidentifyoptimalscenarios.

  • Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
