What will your days look like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide high-quality support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the efficient execution of recruitment activities. Through your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and ability to leverage digital tools—including artificial intelligence—you will actively contribute to the evolution of our recruitment practices, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, support hiring managers, and help ensure the success of our talent acquisition initiatives.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, the development of our employer brand, campus recruitment initiatives, and the implementation of new approaches that drive efficiency, innovation, and an exceptional recruitment experience.

How will you make an impact?

Recruitment Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of recruitment assignments, enabling the Talent Acquisition team to focus on high-value activities such as strategic recruiting, sourcing, and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the administrative and logistical stages of the recruitment process, from job opening to hiring.
  • Draft, post, and update job postings in SmartRecruiters and across various recruitment platforms.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate records in SmartRecruiters and ensure data integrity.

Talent Development & Employer Branding

  • Help develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, professional associations, and other strategic partners to support recruitment activities.
  • Participate in coordinating campus recruitment initiatives, including internships, student programs, and recruitment events.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of internship and emerging talent programs to deliver a meaningful experience aligned with LGI's employer brand.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to content creation, recruitment campaigns, brand awareness events, and LGI's visibility among prospective talent.
  • Contribute to the development of talent communities, strategic partnerships, and initiatives that support the attraction and retention of current and future talent.

Talent Acquisition Team Support

  • Support sourcing and proactive talent search activities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized platforms.
  • Produce and analyze reports, metrics, and dashboards to support the continuous improvement of recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth transition into the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Contribute to strategic projects within the Culture & Talent team related to talent acquisition, employer branding, campus recruitment, candidate experience, and continuous improvement.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools and AI agents to automate tasks, increase recruitment efficiency, and contribute to the evolution of our practices.
  • Participate in evaluating, testing, and implementing new technologies that improve the efficiency and quality of talent acquisition activities.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve our processes, tools, and the experience provided to candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.

Beyond coordinating recruitment activities, this role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the evolution of our practices, the optimization of our processes, and the integration of emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—to help build a modern, innovative, and future-focused Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

What you'll bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in this role

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources coordination role.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); SmartRecruiters experience is considered a strong asset.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and a genuine interest in integrating artificial intelligence tools and AI agents into day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Interest in developing partnerships, employer branding initiatives, and campus recruitment programs is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for optimizing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills, initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is considered an asset.
  • This position requires bilingualism, as the successful candidate will work with documentation in both French and English and communicate verbally and in writing with French- and English-speaking candidates, partners, vendors, and colleagues.
